Windows 10 Updates Won't Download


I actually bought a laptop with Windows 10 to have the newest operating system & sent it back a week later as I just hated it. When I try to fix it with various methods shown in other blogs it always comes up with access denied. When I clicked on 'View update history' it showed a very long list of updates, but all had 'failed'.
