It is damaging when it goes over 100 degrees, your well below that. I believe most video card companies have software where you can set the fan speed depending on how high the temperature goes. Like I said I had my old Xfire 4870s and they idled at 79c every day for 2 years without a fault.That does not matter, getting gpu's near or beyond I was expecting a radical increase in graphics quality with this upgrade when maxed, but nothing is noticible.
