Dual Boot Question

I added a 275GB SSD to one of it's two M.2 slots and installed Windows 10 there as my primary OS. You can, however, set up Windows to assign a different drive letter to the system drive, but why? One is 1 T and it has Ubuntu 16.04 installed in it. I decided to partition the HDD ... check over here

Basically just have both ssd's connected when installing windows 10 to the other ssd will generate the boot menu? You want to click the check for install alongside Windows. Since it does not see Linux partitions, it just uses the first 100MB of Boot drive potentially overwriting part of your Ubuntu install and destroying it. These Aren't Roasted! And if Windows only install it will be first drive, best then to keep it as first drive on SATA0 port.
