I now need a high performance fan for the right hand side at least. The POST is running Leds flash back and forth, HD light comes on for a second, dvd drive spins up (I have a reinstall disk in it) and the key board I disconnected power and battery overnight. but my personal suggestion is just to wait for a minute or two until video card gets hot and fixes liquid problems itself :) Try it.

But no one has ever done the video card swap ONLY, and not touch the mother board. I am finished dumping money into mine. It may partially load a couple times until the caps get warm enough that their voltages return to close to normal so it will load all the way. check over here Any thoughts?
As I said before and as a final thought in this whole process. I have spoken with dell and Have found out that this system has been discontinued due to unfix able malfunctions... Nothing shows up on the screen, no BIOS or anything.
