If you still experience the same problem even after reimaging the hard drive, most likely you problem is hardware related. I don't think that it is a software failure rather a hardware one… have u got any suggestions for me how to deal with that issue or what i can do after clean install win10. But once I reboot it, and it does detect the dvd-drive, then my PC works beautifully with no problems.
I couldn't believe my luck. Cheers. The Laptop is able to idle for a few days without any freeze until hitting some keys and it freezes again. Then I try to click on any icon and nothing happens.
