I cleaned out the dust in the computer so that is not the problem. Much to oursurprise, the system still refuses to power up.We do see a green pilot light on the motherboard (the LED is locatedadjacent to the motherboard's main power connector). I will tell you that I leave my computer on for long periods of time which is probably something I shouldn't be doing from now on. I have spent about 20 hours on this craziness. navigate here
