Also, was your computer custom- built by some computer shop, or is it a brand-name computer (Compaq, HP, Lenovo, Sony, etc.). I can't even watch 1080p format vids on this because it lags... The desk cases (the horizontal ones with the monitor sitting on the top tend to have more cooling problems than tower cases if you are using a dual-core processor). Nothing helps this is driving me crazy.
