FYI! Any solution? Funny you posted teh solution before I exposed the problem... Video drivers should not effect that.On the BIOS Menu the lines can only be seen on the background, not overlaying the setup gui Back to top #12 starcraftmaster starcraftmaster Members 1,109 this contact form
When I installed XP, I installed video drivers from the CD which came with my motherboard. No BSoD or shit. (For me) In fact, the only BSoD I´ve ever seen on my computer is when I recently switched to Win7 (playing a bugged GTA San Andreas) > I have run into a fair amount of problems with them over the last year. The most recent its the video card (we bought it on 2012). http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/core-2-duo-7400-blue-screen-of-death.132550/

Because if this is what is happening im betting on the ram as the culprit and second power supply or HDD… There are several testing apps for your hardware like memtest Now I use Win7. My understanding was that the RC1 would only install clean (maybe that was just wishful thinking, on my part). Graphics are bad.
