You should be fine with a CPU even in the range of an Intel i3-6100 or AMD FX-6350. The system can handle 1.65v no problem but I heard it voids the warranty of your CPU (even though they cant rly prove it). SLI and Crossfire drivers have only recently been released for Fallout 4, and we have not seen a reliable source produce benchmarks for them. Game Debate EVERYTHING maxed 60FPS+.
